At Brands4U.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The return request is made within 3–7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn products
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

• Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue
• Share clear pictures of the product
• Our team will review and approve/reject the request

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds may be issued via:

• Bank transfer
• Easypaisa/JazzCash (for Pakistan customers)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange instead of refund in the following cases:

• Wrong size received
• Defective product

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
